ECHOES OF LOS Angeles signs
This is a series about Los Angeles, a city that speaks through its signs. From the iconic porcelain 'Shotgun' street signs to the mysterious glow of neon signs atop buildings in Hollywood. This series reflects how LA signs don’t just mark places—they are the city, telling its story in light and decay.
Wilshire in the Rain, 2023 Acrylic painting with photo collage on canvas 36 x 24 in.
Wilshire in the Rain features a historic porcelain ‘Shotgun’ street sign, set against a backdrop of iconic luxury apartment buildings such as the Bryson and the Wilshire Royale. Located in the Wilshire Center area, these buildings once housed many famous Hollywood actors during the silent film era.
El Rey Theatre
The series includes six paintings of the El Rey Theatre, each painted in a different color variation. Inspired by the theater’s unique Art Deco neon sign and marquee, these paintings also feature iconic buildings and neon signs from this historic stretch of Wilshire Boulevard in the Miracle Mile neighborhood.

Roman Empire
Created based on my lifelong fascination with the Roman Empire, this series is inspired by my studies of Roman architecture at Yale University, the 18th-century etchings of Piranesi, and my travels to Rome.

Morning in Santa Monica is a personal story painting, capturing the view from my studio during my morning routine. In this piece, I experiment with a Neo-Dada style, expressing my obsession with alleyways tangled in a spiderweb of cables and the iconic palm trees of Los Angeles.
